Editors review every nomination. One nurse is featured each issue. Your name (if you give it) stays out of print unless you ask otherwise.

What we're looking for

✓A specific moment, save, or pattern — not a generic resume.
✓How they show up for coworkers, patients, or the union.
✓Mentorship, solidarity, safety, or steady excellence over time.
✓Plain language. A few sentences beats a paragraph of adjectives.

Please leave out

✕Patient names, room numbers, MRNs, or any PHI.
✕Manager-bashing or naming coworkers in a negative light.
✕Anything you wouldn't want printed on the unit bulletin board.
